Computerized Digital Imaging
State-of-the-art computer technology now allows one to observe possible cosmetic surgery changes before they
actually occur. By integrating high technology, computerized digital imaging, and
the patient's image is portrayed on a computer monitor. Computerized drawings are utilized to indicate how
the desired changes made through Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery may look. These images
add a new dimension to the cosmetic surgery preliminary planning. Both the patient and the surgeon can
discuss the procedure(s) and achieve realistic expectations. There is no guarantee of the
digital imaging and actual results may vary. It is our feeling that this technology offers another dimension
to patient education and an illustration of the proposed results.
